About Annette
Annette Houston is a leadership researcher, strategist, and speaker. Her biography spans three decades, from frontline cleaner to CEO of a facilities management company operating across the island of Ireland.
She is completing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Atlantic Technological University, researching supervisory leadership resilience and Psychological Capital in precarious work environments.
She speaks and consults from a position that is genuinely rare. She has held the mop, managed the crews, negotiated the contracts, and built the systems. Then she went back to academia to make rigorous what she had spent decades learning empirically.
Wild Atlantic Mind is where that work lives.
The Wild Atlantic did not become the Wild Atlantic by trying to be impressive. It just showed up, every day, with the same honest force.
